Lic/Reg Summary

This window details any licenses held by an employee together with the class, date, state where it was issued, and expiry dates. This can also be used to hold other details with an expiry date such as CRB Check, First Aid, and Accreditation.

Field Information

ClosedLic/Reg Number*

This refers to a 15-character lic/reg code that represents the Lic/Reg Number.

ClosedType*

This refers to the license Registration Type (e.g. Forklift License, Driver's License, First Aid Certification number).

ClosedClass Code*

This refers to the License Registration Class (e.g. Car Class, HGV Class, Medical).

ClosedState Issued*

This is the state where the license was issued.

ClosedIssued Date

This is the date the Lic/Reg was issued.

ClosedExpiry Date

This shows the expiry date of the Lic/Reg.

ClosedComment

Additional comments about the Lic/Reg may be entered.
